He works with clients and training partners to understand their brief and assemble the specialist expertise needed to deliver it. Our approach

Listening first, then building the right programme

Rather than starting with a standard course list, we look at the audience, the business challenge and the outcome that matters. We then bring together the right expertise and design a programme that can be delivered face to face or online, in English or Arabic.

Where appropriate, we recommend coaching to help participants put the learning into practice.

Our specialists

A team with breadth and depth

Our associate network spans leadership, commercial skills, marketing, product management and more. The right facilitator depends on the subject, audience and delivery format, so we introduce the specialists best suited to each programme rather than working from a fixed roster.

Region

Working across the Middle East

We understand that effective learning must make sense in the setting where it is delivered. Our work has a strong focus on the Gulf region, particularly Saudi Arabia, and we adapt programmes to the organisation and audience rather than assuming one approach works everywhere.
